JAX from Barricate - original character presentation

Jax is the protagonist in another of my many beloved personal projects, "Barricate”. This gritty story delves into themes of social inequality, gang warfare and, for some, the (maybe unconscious) pursuit of redemption.

I envisioned Jax as an impulsive and sometimes harsh, yet compassionate character, who exudes both confidence and, a little deeper down, vulnerability. Inspired by the Alaskan and Italian wolves and the aesthetic of grunge and alt fashion, I aimed to capture their fierce independence and rebellious nature.
